- How many square feet heat and cooled?
- How many square feet in garages?
- How many square feet in bonus rooms (in roof system)?
- How many square feet for porches (covered)?
- How many square feet for decks (non-covered)?
- Is there any usable area or high ceilings in the roof system?
- Is home to be built east or west of the coastal construction line (on the beach)?
- Is there an Architectural Review Board (ARB)?
