• AB1, AB2, etc. As Built Plans (existing conditions)

Electrical Plans.

• Presently, and for the past thirty years, St Johns County only requires the included smoke detectors
• Normally the electrician will do a walk through with the client once the home is dried in to locate switches and lights and never go by the electrical plans making them a complete waste of money
• The contractors that are not aware of St Johns County requirements will likely want a full set of electrical plans
• Most all other building departments, including the City of St Augustine, require a full set of electrical plans and they are available at a reasonable cost

As Built Plans

• As Built Plans are normally required for remodels and additions
• I will come to job site and measure the exisitng structure and create a plan that will be use to demonstrate the existing conditions and the proposed design.

Site Plans

• Site plans show the setbacks and other requirements to locate your home on the lot
• Simple site plans, are available for St Johns County jobs at a reasonable cost
• I cannot do site plans for coastal lots or property with wetlands on them
