Design Plans
A phone call is very important.

- I will try to determine how to proceed with the job
If job seems feasible, please fill out the following forms:
- Design Questions (required)
- Rates and Terms (required)
After I received the forms:
- I will send you a calendar for site visit date
- Request a $200 non-refundable site visit fee (St. Johns County)
- Additional fees outside of St. Johns County
Please have ready for site visit or email ahead of time:
- Wish list or sketch
- Existing floor plans and elevations (only if you have them)
- Survey (only if you have one)

St Johns County may have a pdf of your existing plans if your home is less than 10 years old:
- This can eliminate hours from project and save you money
- You will need to send a few pictures of the existing home where the work will be done
- You will also need to verify the existing plans match your building
- Request existing plans
Process
- I will estimate your job shortly after the site visit or review of existing plans
- I will request retainer with estimate
- Pay retainer to continue job
- Refine design with a series of mark-ups
- PDF and CAD files released
Payments
- Site visit fee (deducted from final balance)
- Retainer (deducted from final balance)
- Additional payments for large jobs (deducted from final balance)
- Final balnce
- PDF and CAD files released
