1. Design Questions
If you have not filled out the Design Questions, please fill them out first (required).

2. Phone Call
A phone call is required prior to a Site Visit. I will contact you after I have received the Design Questions to ask some basic questions.
If job seems feasible I will ask you to email pictures or scans of:

• Wish list
• A few pictures of the existing home where the work will be done
• Existing floor plans and elevations (only if you have them)
• Survey (only if you have one)

3. Your Existing Plans

• I may be able to get your existing plans if your home was built in St Johns County and less than 10 years old
• This can eliminate hours from project and save you money
• Request existing plans

3. Site Visit

• Fill out this form Rates and Terms (required)
• Non-refundable site visit fee will be requested after I receive Terms and Rates
• $200 St. Johns County
• $300 Clay, Duval, Flagler and Putnam Counties

4. Estimate

• I will estimate your job shortly after site visit
• Normally in one or two business days

5. Retainer

• I will request retainer with estimate
• Pay retainer to continue job

6. Refine Design

• Refine design with a series of mark-ups
• There may be additional payments for large jobs

7. Final Payment

• I will release final PDF and CAD files once I receive final payment
